With a warm welcome in an international world-renowned city ICS students are in a unique and enviable position to embark on the International Baccalaureate. Isabella Taylor investigates

ICS London is a private international school nestled between Marylebone and Paddington, in the heart of the city. They offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, a challenging and stimulating curriculum, to 3-18 year-old children from all around the world. Founded in 1979, it has served families from the UK and overseas for over 40 years, celebrating diversity with around 65+ different nationalities represented each year.

They provide a nurturing and personalised experience and students are taught by exceptional teachers to thrive in a rapidly changing world. They excel academically and personally and are accepted into the world’s top universities.

The best way to find out if ICS is right for your child is to visit, in person or virtually. They will host a Whole School Virtual Information Session on Thursday the 5th of May, at 10:00 and 16:00 GMT.

This online event will be presented by the Head of School, Mr. David Laird, and will include a comprehensive presentation of the school and the IB programme by their Principal Teachers. You will have the opportunity to learn about the extracurricular offering. You can virtually visit the campuses through their 360° Virtual Tour and understand their admissions process.

Simply register through their website at www.icschool. co.uk/admissions/open-day

ICS London strives to create a home from home for students. It’s a welcoming environment where the whole community comes together to shape students into well rounded people, a world in a classroom at ICS London.

As a rolling admissions policy is in place, students can join anytime throughout the year. Students can also easily transfer from other curriculums, such as the UK or US and join the IB programme at ICS London.
