Soul Mortgages is a specialist mortgage brokerage for high net worth, complex-income and investor clients across the UK and internationally. Founded in 2007, we arrange lending through 108 mainstream lenders, 432+ specialist providers, private banks and investment banks. There is no upper loan limit.

Our clients are law firm partners paid on profit share and capital account, private equity and hedge fund professionals with bonus and carried interest, company directors, contractors and trustees. We act for UK expats, foreign nationals and non-residents buying here, and for clients purchasing abroad in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, the USA, the UAE and Australia.

Investors and portfolio landlords are core to what we do, and we finance across four groups. Residential investment, from single buy-to-lets to HMOs, multi-unit blocks and holiday lets. Specialist residential, including supported living and social housing. Commercial and development, covering trading premises, semi-commercial assets, land and build finance. Capital raising, through bridging, second charges and Lombard lending secured on investment portfolios. Ownership can sit in personal names, a company or SPV, and portfolios are assessed as a single balance sheet.
