Skevi

Skevi is a London born artist who specialises in creating high-quality, unique contemporary art with a difference. Her iconic fluid works create an instant feature, bringing vibrancy and character into any space.

Skevi left behind her trading systems career to follow her dream and passion of being a full-time artist and hasn’t looked back since.

She has exhibited in a number of galleries as well as at international art fairs, including The Affordable Art Fair, Singapore and The Talented Art Fair, London.  Her works are found in both residential and corporate collections around the world including Singapore, Japan, Australia, Germany, USA and UK. Skevi’s works have also been selected for hotel projects and private yachts.

Her work has evolved from using acrylics to more fluid mediums, resin and ink. Skevi’s inspiration comes from her love of the ocean, the seasons and her natural gravity and affiliation with colour.  Collections include her dramatic ‘Seascapes’, ‘Colour’ and ‘Life’ inspired series.

“Due to its highly reflective nature, resin is one of the trickiest mediums to photograph well, so it always gives me great pleasure when I can exhibit my work and hear clients’ personal reflections and reactions to the work which is so often mistaken for photography.

Skevi gets much delight from working with a client to create a truly unique piece of art to fit their space and colour schemes.  She prides herself with the quality of her work; always ensuring a high-quality finish and a happy client.

Skevi also creates beautiful statement contemporary art tables which can be used as coffee tables or desks.  Like her wall art, these are a hot topic of conversation.

Skevi has been featured in Tatler magazine, Saatchi Art ‘Artist of the Day’ and is also a Theo Paphitis SBS Winner.
