Furrah Syed is a London based artist whose practice is centred around the transformation of the intangible flow of energy into an abstract representation of movement, colour and texture on canvas. Her works, which are vivid in colour and full of flowing textures, are held in corporate and private collections globally.
Underpinned by her studies of the science of colour energies, she has developed an innovative and unique approach to creating abstract art which is much sought after.
Engaging with Furrah’s work is an immersive experience. Her abstracts can be hung in any orientation, with each rotation offering the viewer a chance to discover new shapes and flows of textured detail. She often uses metallic paints to highlight the dramatic effect that varying light has on her canvases. Her work can also be explored using the sense of touch - one is able to literally feel the variety of textures and flows of intricate detail - offering an unusual and very liberating experience.
Bespoke Art
Furrah works directly with private clients as well as interior design teams, and offers two variations of bespoke art services:
Art for Interiors: Through this service clients can either choose from Furrah’s collection of original works or commission her for a specific project - be it corporate or private. “I can adapt to all aspects of my clients’ requirements, accommodating their preferences for size, colour palette, or the level of detail on the canvas”, says Furrah.
Personalised Art Based on Client’s Aura: This is an alternative and highly personalised service that Furrah offers to her clients. As an Advanced Practitioner of Pranic Healing, Furrah is able to read and interpret the colour energy frequencies of individual clients. This allows her to then incorporate her findings into the process of creating intensely personal bespoke art that is an abstract representation of each client’s own unique aura.
