I remember when I started working in London for BUJ Architects and on one of my first projects my boss stated, "is this a Barbados apartment,  remember we are in London, we can get three apartments into this one".

Working at BUJ Architects was an absolute pleasure and the best experience. I worked on the most amazing hotels (Park Plaza Westminster one of the largest in London and Novatel 40 marsh wall, the tallest hotel in the United Kingdom) as well as award winning residential projects.

I worked closely with partners Frank Green and Jameson Urquhart who taught me all I know and who I owe a lot to in my personal development.

Fast forward to Barbados, several years later where my partners Rommel Hinds, Andrea Palmer and I now own my father's engineering company Alan Armstrong Associates Limited. This company has over 30 years of knowledge, experience and workmanship attached to it. As a company my partners oversaw the design and completion of one of the largest solar farms in the caribbean for the local electricity company along with a world class Tesla battery site.

My father inspired me with his work at Royal Westmoreland over the last twenty-five years. This peaked my interest and I am now fortunate to be designing luxury homes for the amazing team at Royal Westmoreland, the Caribbean's premier luxury development.

We have grown from strength to strength and have been fortunate to unearth talented individuals like Danielle Gill who has joined us from Minima in Dublin. On joining the company Danielle and myself had 3 days to deliver a proposal to a client that was considering a few other Architecture Practices. We delivered the proposal in two days, won the project and look forward to sharing more on this beautiful new west coast luxury development. We have adopted a very different approach to others and we partner with other architects and designers where necessary to deliver world class designs.

We are excited to share that we have  partnered with Gary Shaw who is a very well respected and sought after developer in Spain who is known for his slogan "we build on time and on budget". This partnership further enhances what we offer as we strive to deliver the best for our clients.

We love what we do and look forward to bringing a breath of fresh air to our clients.
