Staffan Tollgård Design Group offers an award-winning architectural interior design service for a discerning clientele. Now into our thirteenth year, they are proud to have become internationally known for our bold take on residential interiors.

Born out of a shared passion for design, the Design Group is run and managed by Inchbald-educated, husbandand-wife team, Staffan and Monique Tollgård. A background in feature film and documentary production characterises our work: a commitment to the power of story-telling, to the narrative that our clients bring, to the history of the buildings in which we work and the shared stories of the design objects we curate. They are a family-run business, built on and steered with passion and commitment. We have won awards for our work over the years and are gratified to feature regularly in the lists of leading interior designers in the UK and abroad. What drives us, however, and what continues to inform and lead our work, is the satisfaction of our clients and the very real transformation we are able to achieve by translating their requirements into the interiors we shape around them. The fact that we continue to work with several of our clients on their various properties is perhaps the best testimony of our success as a practice.

Over the last twelve years we have worked on projects in some of the most prestigious streets in London, and increasingly, in locations across the world. We have worked for families, for couples and for developers; on personal projects and also on speculative properties and multi-resident schemes. Our projects include cutting edge contemporary designs together with interiors that mix the old and the new. We are comfortable working in brand-new environments and also in listed properties where there is a surprise behind every two-hundred year old wall. Linking our projects is a commitment to creating real homes for our clients: homes that express their identities and that allow them to entertain, relax and raise families in spaces that answer the questions of living that are unique to them.
