The main house has four sumptuous bedrooms and many other inviting spaces. All rooms feel expensive, and sweetscented trade-winds circulate. In the grounds, connected to the main house by way of the deck, sits a three-bedroom guest cottage. Surrounded by nature and distinctly intimate, this overflow accommodation boasts more sublime views.

Hummingbird Hall's gardens are lush, romantic and picturesque. There are lawns, formal and wild beds, a waterfall, dovecote and strong trees for hammocks and shade. The gardens are frequented by hummingbirds, woodpeckers, parakeets, parrots, doves and mockingbirds.  Hummingbird Hall's pantry also overflows with delicious wild honey reaped from its own grounds. What's more, the soil produces sun-ripened mangoes, limes, oranges, coconuts, papayas, pomegranates, june plums, grapefruits, ackee and avocados.

In addition to being a much loved family home, Hummingbird Hall grew – quite accidentally – to become one of the Caribbean's premier luxury destination wedding venues. Although currently wound down, the (optional) business offers Hummingbird Hall's new owners wiith the opportunity to generate a 6-figure income if they wish.
