PAGE Architects was established in 2003, after George De Sousa and Paul Van Bodegom, having previously honed their skills working in both London and Cardiff respectively, moved back to Jersey. Having established their own architectural practice, Directors George and Paul have developed a bespoke practice that is design detailed oriented, with the goal of providing imaginative architecture that responds to their Clients’ briefs in their landscapes.

The advantages of being a Jersey architectural practice has its benefits when it comes to working with the Island Planning Department in order that the architectural boundaries of design can be explored, whilst also being true to the Jersey landscape. This has also been fostered further by working with the best local professional Consultants, Interior Designers and Contractors as well as being able to source materials from across Europe and the UK.

George and Paul’s participation and experience extends through all phases of a project’s design, development, procurement and construction administration. This includes developing a working relationship with Clients during the design phase of the project, right through to completion.

PAGE Architects have earned a reputation for designing high quality residences that balance between being homes, as well as sculptures in Jersey’s landscape. As Jersey is an exceptional location with a diverse environment, it is important that each project responds to its uniqueness be it making the most of the views on beach front sites, or the seclusion of a countryside dwelling.

In recent years PAGE Architects have completed an array of outstanding private residences for Jersey’s high net worth Clients. These vary from new build contemporary to conversion and refurbishment projects, but it is the same meticulous attention to detail that is applied to all scales and forms, with the resulting projects and spaces earning their name for sensitive and thoughtful design.  These properties overlooking St Brelade’s Bay demonstrate their design flair, which blend a palette of materials consisting of glass facades, granite stone panels and crisp white render resulting in magnificent residential properties, which are an accolade to Jersey.
