Nicola is a British Artist based in Somerset. Her passion for environmental beauty is evident after growing up in Devon, surrounded by beautiful countryside and stunning coastline. Nicola draws inspiration from the natural world around her and many of her paintings encapsulate the beauty of flowers on a spring day or depict a memorable day at the coast.

Whilst studying for her fashion and textiles degree at Winchester School of Art, she developed an enduring love for interiors, fashion and design. Valuable skills learnt studying at Winchester has played a vital role when creating artwork for clients and specific interiors. Nicola is always mindful of theme, colour co-ordination and her clients overall requirements when designing or painting for a commission.

Nicola has over 20 years experience working as a professional artist and designer and during that time she has had many artworks commercially published or sold through renowned international and UK based companies. Her clients have included ‘LIBERTY’, ‘PAPER HOUSE’ and ‘UNICEF’, to name a few. Nicola’s paintings have also been featured in ‘British Vogue’ and remarks, “It was an incredible honour and privilege to be asked to feature my artwork within the pages of this illustrious publication”.

With the production of her first independently produced collection of limited edition prints, Nicola aims to offer a truly British product, sourcing her picture mounts and bespoke hand made wooden frames from local artisans. “I believe in supporting local craftsmanship where I can and endeavour to offer a product that is of the highest quality”. Nicola is passionate about delivering excellence to her discerning clients. Within each piece, she aims to create a timeless elegance that is beautifully crafted.
