Muraba

Muraba is a boutique, independently-minded property development company, headquartered in Dubai. Muraba aims to deliver well-considered buildings of architectural merit, which resonate with more discerning customers. The Muraba philosophy is all about being hands-on, working with a hand-picked team to embrace a location and produce remarkable spaces for living.

Muraba Residences, Muraba’s initial project, follows this ethos: A niche waterfront residential building with 50 extraordinarily private units – 46 spacious residences and four superlative penthouses. The building is aligned not only with its physical location, with the rising and the setting of the sun, but also with a certain kind of mindset; one that would be appreciative of a more sophisticated architectural philosophy, as well as keen attention to detail. Muraba Residences on the Eastern Crescent of the Palm Jumeirah has been designed ‘from the inside out’, with the resident in mind.

To realise the vision, Muraba collaborated with RCR Arquitectes, 2017 Pritzker Prize Laureates. Based in Spain, co-founders Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem, and Ramon Vilalta are particularly known for creating connections between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape, and for rooting their work in a strong sense of place and community.  The result of this collaboration is an architectural gem offering, privacy, luxury and a special connection with the sea.
