Combining everyday luxury with sustainability, ethical Dutch brand Kingdom of Wow! embraces slow fashion principles to create timeless footwear that embodies mindfulness and conscious living.

Their collection of winter warmers is handmade from a rich blend of wool and bamboo, lushly crocheted to offer indulgent at-home comfort. With over 1,000 metres of soft quality yarn going into creating every pair, their footwear is truly a work of love.

The care and dedication taken to make their products is replicated in the brand's commitment in doing things right and producing their footwear responsibly.

Based in Siem Reap, Cambodia, a stone’s throw away from Angkor Wat. Their dedicated workshop provides a safe and healthy environment for their all-female team. An empowering and nourishing space, where local women can earn fair wages to support themselves and their families, a rare and beautiful thing in these current times in a city that relies heavily on tourism.

As an ethical business, Kingdom of Wow! also strives to minimise their impact on the planet. New designs are created mindfully, with a consciousness to produce high-quality footwear that is not only comfortable but made to last. Raw materials are sourced sustainably, while the little carbon they create is offset through native tree planting in Cambodia. Rejuvenating protected forests with hardwood species that are threatened by illegal logging activities.

Today, Kingdom of Wow! is drawing international acclaim with features in British magazines Vogue, Tatler and House of Coco. Next season will bring an exciting new collaboration with famous Dutch shoe designer Floris van Bommel, as well as the brand launching their ethical products in the U.S.A.
