Since 1934, when H.A. Gaudin was founded by Herbert Arthur Gaudin and Arthur Forster, our core values of honesty, teamwork, market knowledge and exceptional client service have remained central to everything we do. The business passed through generations before being acquired by John Wright in 1989, who merged it with his own successful agency - retaining the Gaudin & Co name.

Our longevity gives us deep roots in Jersey’s property market. While others have come and gone, we’ve continued to evolve, treating industry shifts as opportunities to refine our purpose and improve our service. Today, we’re proud to expand our portfolio with high-net-worth luxury properties as we continue to evolve and redefine what exceptional service looks like.
