Established in 1961, Fairview New Homes is an experienced housebuilder which has developed hundreds of sites across London and the Home Counties.

The Enfield-based company builds developments ranging from small collections of family homes to large regeneration projects of hundreds of homes.

Fairview is proud of its rich track record of taking brownfield sites and turning them into new neighbourhoods. The homes it builds are quality apartments and houses in well-connected locations.

Apartments and houses are designed and built with contemporary open-plan layouts to maximise space and light throughout.

Many of Fairview’s buyers are first-time buyers fulfilling their dream of home ownership, but the company’s developments attract buyers from all walks of life – from growing families to downsizers searching for a quality, energy-efficient home in which to enjoy their retirement years.

In recent years, Fairview has introduced its Prestige line of developments – all of which offer high-specification residences in particularly sought-after locations.

Noteworthy recent Prestige developments include Fairview’s landmark Thirty2 development in Hampstead, north London, which was designed to architecturally echo the nearby Grade I listed Isokon building.

Fairview employs more than 200 members of staff across a range of disciplines including construction, sales, land planning and buying. Working with key apprenticeship providers, Fairview has given development and progression opportunities to a large number of young people training in their chosen trade.

The company also creates hundreds of contractors jobs during the construction of its new homes.
