Marcio Decker is an interior designer and visual artist known for creating timeless, high-end spaces. Since starting Aspen Leaf Interiors in 2004, he has been designing elegant luxury homes throughout the Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada regions, the San Francisco Bay area and beyond.

Aspen Leaf is an award-winning, full-service interior design studio, specialising in new home construction and remodeling projects, known for their unique take on home design. Using high-quality materials, finishes, furnishings and art that will truly endure the test of time, Marcio conjures timeless spaces by incorporating some of the latest design elements, styles and innovations – the best smart home technology, the newest fixtures, lighting, surfaces and green products – while creating lasting custom solutions for each client. With a Masters in Interior Design, Marcio’s education, artistic talent and sense of aesthetic frame his design approach. His signature style is seen in the details: bespoke designed ceilings, efficacious open spaces and the coherence of the entire interior envelope. By using a mix of captivating materials along with rich textures and fabrics, his contemporary designs transform spaces into personally tailored settings where people feel inspired, invigorated and deeply connected to their surroundings.

Marcio has received numerous design awards, most recently at both the 2021 and 2020 ASID Andyz Awards for Best Bathroom, Best Custom Product Design and Best Individual Residential Space. His work has been shown by design vendors such as Hammerton Lighting, Du Chateau, MTI Baths and Gabriel Scott. Marcio’s projects range from traditional lakefronts on the shores of Lake Tahoe to mountain modern homes at the exclusive Martis Camp ski and golf community. Currently in the works is an elegant rustic contemporary lodge redesign at Palisades Tahoe ski resort.
