The Winning Formula


Martinhal, known for their award-winning luxury family residential resorts in Portugal and recognised by Savills as one of the top 3 branded residences brands in Europe, is taking their successful formula to create one of Lisbon’s most sought-after residential projects to date, Martinhal Residences in Park of Nations in Lisbon. The project is set to complete in 2022 and they are already two-thirds sold off-plan.

The Park of Nations is a transformative riverside neighbourhood located in the northeast of the city and just five minutes from the airport with excellent transport links.
