The Scout 670 LXS – Raising the Innovation Bar Once Again 

This all-new 67’-foot premier flagship is being designed in partnership with world renowned yacht design studio, Harrison Eidsgaard, and will be one of the largest outboard-powered sportfishing yachts to be built in the world.  

The 670 LXS is a new Luxury Sport Model that will encompasses all of the incredible features of luxury, fishing, cruising and high performance. Expect Everything. It will be powered with five Mercury V-122 600 HP engines, producing 3,000 HP and a projected top speed of 60 MPH, a fast cruise of 40 MPH, and a range of approximately 500 miles.  

The 670 LXS project has been internally referred to by Scout as “Project Everest” since it began inception in 2021 and will be produced with state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques Scout has utilized at its facility for years and continues to pioneer.  

From its sleek and sporty design to its impeccable craftsmanship, this vessel stands as a true symbol of excellence. This incredible new model, the 670 LXS, is a dream vessel and our team is hard at work building the foundations that will make the finished product possible. 

Using our methodology honed on the 530 LXF, 425 LXF and 400 LXF model lines and applying even more heavily than ever before in carbon fiber we will build this model true to our brand identity with a hull that can handle anything it meets in the Ocean, but also deliver sports car performance with luxury features. 

The first 670 LXS is already in production with the hull moved into our R&D facility in late June, the first boat has now moved past the lamination stage and is projected to debut in 2024.
