According to the latest annual study released by property portal Idealista, Camí des Salinar in the coastal municipality of Andratx (Mallorca) has officially claimed the top spot as Spain’s most exclusive address, with asking prices averaging an astonishing €15 million.

The nationwide study—which tracks average absolute listing prices for all property types across Spanish streets with a high volume of transactions—reveals that every address in the national top 10 now commands an average asking price well above €6.3 million.

Climbing to the very peak of the national ranking, Camí des Salinar in Andratx reflects the intense global demand for prime coastal sanctuaries in southwest Mallorca. Overlooking dramatic cliffs, secluded coves, and the luxury marina of Port d'Andratx, properties here attract ultra-high-net-worth foreign buyers seeking complete privacy and sea views.

The Balearic capital of Palma also features prominently, securing two additional spots in the national top ten with Carrer Mossa (€9.8M) and Carrer Binicaubell (€7.9M), reinforcing the island's reputation as one of Europe’s most lucrative residential investment markets.

Madrid

Madrid commands four of the top ten positions, illustrating the dual nature of prime real estate in the capital:

- Gated Suburban Compounds: Paseo de los Lagos (€11M), situated inside the ultra-secure La Finca development in Pozuelo de Alarcón, took second place nationwide.
