This year, St John & St Elizabeth Hospital in St John’s Wood has fully opened the doors to its £35 million new wing; the largest single investment made into the organisation to date. The new wing is the jewel in the crown of a hospital committed to delivering excellent care and impeccable standards.

The new wing has been intuitively designed to ensure the easiest and calmest journey possible through the hospital, with each next step only one door away. All who visit will benefit from modern technology and equipment; calm surroundings filled with an abundance of natural light; and expert, attentive care.

John & Lizzie’s, as it’s affectionately known to locals, is proud to work with some of the world’s finest doctors who are at the forefront of their field. Should you wish to see one of their specialists, appointments are easy to arrange, with most confirmed within one working day, although urgent cases are dealt with within hours.

A seamless referral process means that after their initial consultation, patients can also have scans, blood tests and some follow-up treatments completed during the same visit.

With an estimated six million people on waiting lists for elective operations in the UK, and with this number only set to rise over the coming years, the new wing opening has come at a perfect time, as the hospital is able to treat more patients privately.
