Global property developer and placemaker, Valouran, today announced the latest addition to its rapidly expanding portfolio – 31 Elsworthy Road, a prominent property situated on Primrose Hill.

Co-founded by Alex Michelin and Matthew Robertson just last year, this prestigious asset on one of London’s most desirable roads will join Valouran’s existing schemes on The Bishops Avenue and in St John’s Wood, seeing the company reach over 350,000 square feet of development with a combined GDV of some £720 million.
