Fairview New Homes has launched its second phase of properties at its prestigious development on the site of the former Harpenden House Hotel.

The North London based developer, which is building 37 new homes on the historic site off Southdown Road, has released 19 new luxury apartments for sale as part of its Welcombe House development, with prices starting from £675,000.

Known as the Welcombe Mews collection, the 19 apartments range from two to three-bedrooms and feature outstanding interior specification, including granite shelving and counter tops in the kitchen across a variety of layouts.

And to mark the official launch of the new collection, Fairview has opened the doors to a new two-bedroom show apartment, complete with a private terrace and landscaped podium garden, as well as a spacious, open-plan layout.

As part of the development, the Grade II listed former hotel – originally known as the Welcombe building – is being converted into an exclusive collection of 5 apartments, each with its own unique layout, which is set to be released in autumn 2019.

Once complete, the Welcombe House collection will comprise 19 new apartments and 13 new houses which are being built within the grounds of the former hotel.

Each of the 5 apartments within the listed building will have a bespoke floorplan, and the layouts of the apartments have been designed to make the very most of the listed building’s features and shape.
