What can guests expect when they book a pamper pet hotel package?

We know how important pets are to our guests and we have thought of everything to make a stay at Pan Pacific London the best experience possible for both pet and owner. On arrival, guests can expect a ‘Paws Pack’, a pet bed and bowl in room, plus an extra surprise treat. We also offer a dedicated dining menu for pets, specially created by Anna Webb, renowned dog behaviourist and nutritionist. Anna has developed species-appropriate meals using fresh, natural ingredients – our menu includes a sushi-style lamb hot pot for dogs and a chicken and prawn soup for cats, as well as a choice of breakfast dishes. Our Paws package is always incredibly well received by our guests travelling with pets, and we see a lot of positive feedback come through, so I think guests can expect a brilliant experience for themselves and their pets.

As a pet loving hotel, are there any unusual pets you’ve had to say ‘no’ to?

We haven’t had any unusual requests in all honesty – our requests are for dogs and cats and we’re happy to accommodate both with the Paws at Pan Pacific London package.

What’s the most unusual request you’ve received from a pet owner? 

Seeing as our package offers a range of activities available to book including innovative and unique options beyond the ordinary, we don’t see a lot of unusual requests as there’s so much to choose from.  From puppy or kitten yoga, to walks around the city, plus day care, training sessions and even dog reiki healing – there’s something for every pet at Pan Pacific London. 

What was the inspiration that led to the Paws at Pan Pacific package?

During the pandemic, many people chose to welcome pets into their home, and these pets became family like never before. We launched our Paws at Pan Pacific package to embrace this organic extension to so many families, wanting to offer a home-from-home for pet and owner alike, meaning you never have to leave your pet behind when you want to spend a night in the city. Since opening, we have played host to over 160 rooms dedicated to pet stays, and I think these numbers will continue to grow, with our objective to become the go-to destination hotel for pet hospitality in London. When we think about luxury - we know this doesn't just mean things which are new, exciting and shiny but that luxury is all the things that really mean the most to our guests and it's in keeping with this belief that we created the Paws at Pan Pacific experience. 

What special requirements does the hotel provide for guests and their pets to enjoy a peak experience?

We really wanted to go above and beyond to create special experiences for guests travelling with their pets. It was important for us to ensure that guests can enjoy their stay at Pan Pacific London and make use of our incredible facilities, while their pet is truly spoilt too with a wealth of activities to choose from for both pet and owner. You can indulge in afternoon tea at The Orchid Lounge while your dog explores the city with one of Paws Galore’s dedicated dog walkers, or head to SENSORY, our wellbeing floor for some relaxation, as your pet experiences a pamper too in the form of a grooming session or massage at nearby Shoreditch Dog House. Our dedicated Paws team assist guests with enquiries and bookings for their pets during their stay and can organise anything from pet grooming and dog Reiki healing to kitten or puppy yoga, through to training and day care, from our community partners across East London.
