MODEL CINDY CRAWFORD FLIPS MALIBU HOME AFTER LARGE RENOVATION

Supermodel Cindy Crawford has sold her Malibu beach-side mansion for a hopping £33.9 million.

The 5,254 square foot home has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and sits in three acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The model and her businessman husband, Rande Gerber bought the house, which was built in 1994, in 2015 and spent the last few years refurbishing it.

The home features floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of the coast, a tennis court, a path directly to the beach and a three-car garage. A large kitchen with a breakfast bar and spacious island is kitten out for a professional chef, and the master suite features a cosy fireplace, sitting area, two separate spa-like baths and roomy dressing closets.

An additional room with beautiful ocean views currently functions as a media room, but could be converted into a home office or additional bedroom.

This is not the first time the couple have upgraded and flipped a property, as back in 2015, they sold a 1.4 acre Malibu home for $13.341 million, more than double what they paid when they acquired it the previous year.
