Property developer and investor Dorrington has launched The Marlo, a collection of 29 chic apartments and two penthouses in Marylebone Village. Its entrance, at 4 Blandford Street, is close to Marylebone High Street and minutes from local landmarks such as The Wallace Collection and Chiltern Firehouse.

The largest ever luxury rental development in Marylebone Village, the scheme will help to meet soaring demand from renters to live in this world-class shopping and dining area. The apartments are available through managing agent Native. For a 12-month let or more, prices start from £811 per week. Shorter-term lets on a fully managed basis are also available.
