Moving into a new home is an exciting time in your life. However, we understand the pressures that come along with it and creating your perfect interior can be a daunting proposition. Our extensive experience and passion are here to take away any apprehension or pressure that you may feel to ensure the whole process is enjoyable and memorable.

At Dapa Atelier we recognise the need for a transparent and dependable way of collaborating with our clients to ensure the experience is as rewarding for you as possible.  To help you understand how we do this we have created a step by step guide to working with us:

YOUR BRIEF

An initial project consultation with one of our experienced interior designers is the first step to creating your dream home. During this consultation all aspects of your project will be discussed including your individual style aspiration, optimum space planning, timeframes, budget and aftercare. The key at this stage is for us to obtain a thorough understanding of your vision and to start to build a strong relationship that will carry us through the entirety of the project.

DESIGN CONCEPTS AND SCHEME

A design proposal consisting of detailed mood boards, scaled floor plans, bespoke joinery drawings and proposed samples will be presented to you to for discussion. We will work collaboratively with you, inviting feedback to ensure that our scheme meets your expectations.

Upon your approval of the scheme, a schedule of works will be created and agreed alongside our costings being presented in line with your agreed budget.

PROCUREMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Following approval, your project will be taken into the care of our in-house procurement team who will take care of everything. A designated project manager will oversee the entire process, ensuring all quality checks and time-based milestones are met.

INSTALLATION AND AFTERCARE

This is where you see your design scheme come to life. We will coordinate your installation from start to finish ensuring the process is stress free for you. On final completion a full handover will be carried out to make sure all items are in perfect condition and you are completely happy, leaving you to simply relax and enjoy your new home. We will then be on hand during the weeks following installation to answer any queries that you may have.

You will be provided with an extensive aftercare handbook which outlines your warranties for all items as well as a care guide for your upholstery.
