K&Co, known for designing prominent residential projects like the American Copper Building in Manhattan and The Greenpoint in Brooklyn, designed the interiors and furnished the model homes at The Beach. K&Co paired modern furnishings with eclectic pieces to create dynamic, modern living spaces, and used shades of blue, teal, grey and peach to reflect The Beach's coastal identity. Each home was designed to accentuate the stunning Hudson River views and show how the layouts can accommodate any kind of lifestyle, with plenty of space to work from home.

Residences at The Beach range from studio to four-bedroom homes and feature spacious, flexible layouts ideal for a hybrid live/work lifestyle. All homes are complete with oversized windows showcasing dramatic Manhattan skyline views, spacious terraces or Juliet balconies, modern open-plan kitchens, contemporary finishes and expansive closet space, with many homes featuring walk-in closets.

The Beach launched leasing in May and quickly became one of the most sought-after rental developments on Jersey City's waterfront. The  development surpassed 75% leased just 10 weeks after launching, and there is only limited availability remaining.
