What property services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive service to guide you through the purchase process from start to finish. Our aim is to make the process as straightforward and simple as possible for you. Quite simply we offer you everything you need from finding the perfect property, right up to getting you settled into your new home.

Tell us a little about your sales fee and agency terms

We charge the same or less than other agents - 3% of the agreed purchase price before taxes. Nothing is payable upfront; our fee is only charged if we find a property for you that then concludes in a contract.
