Ricky Davies, Marketing Director for Sub-Zero & Wolf UK & Europe, comments; “When it comes to alfresco cooking, the BBQ will always be the star of the show, however, it is important to consider the full layout and arrangement of products for a truly seamless experience. Ideally, you want to ensure that you are able to prepare and cook an entire meal without having to rush in and out of the house. This means separate outdoor refrigeration for freshly preserved ingredients, chilled beverages, and warming drawers to keep pre-cooked food ready for eating are essential. A sink with a spacious preparation area and outdoor storage is also key for
keeping BBQ tools, metal bowls and trays, condiments, plus extra space for a spare gas bottle and the grill cover.
This year, our clients are pushing the boundaries with their outdoor kitchens. We’re working alongside a number of award-winning British designers to deliver remarkable al fresco kitchens featuring built-in grills, super-sized seating areas with gazebos, log burners, outdoor televisions, bars and heating. The list of must-haves is evolving every year, as people look to make the most of their outside spaces and enjoy the lighter evenings and warmer days ahead.”
Sub-Zero & Wolf’s outdoor range can be seen in action at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show, as part of the Gaze Burvill stand, 22nd - 27th May 2023.
