Founded in 2011, Amara Property has created a spectacular collection of exclusive residences in some of the most desirable locations in North and Northwest London. Following recent successful completions of multiple developments, the Amara team is expanding and marking that growth with the opening of a purpose-built headquarters office development in Bushey, Hertfordshire that will include a plethora of green features.

Set to open in late summer 2022, Amara Property’s new HQ will comprise air source heat pumps, solar panels and a Tesla power wall that will allow the building to operate almost solely on renewable energy.

The interior spaces will be designed and furnished by the in-house Amara Property design team, with a dedicated show home that will allow clients to experience the luxury specialist’s signature styling.

Commenting on Amra Property’s recent growth and impending office opening, Rutu Buddhdev, Managing Director at Amara Property, said: “I set up Amara Property in 2011 and we have organically grown from individual projects to one-off spectacular mansions and large multi-unit developments with the main objective of creating homes that have that something special.

“We work closely as a team and one of our aims from the outset was for each of our new homes to have a character of its own, whilst still being recognisable as by Amara. This was the inspiration behind our new office space that will allow us to showcase our signature style, whilst also testing and improving the green features that we are implementing across our schemes to deliver homes that not only look good but are also as eco-friendly as possible.”

Following recent successes at their Little Saddles scheme, a collection of 8 high-end homes in Shenley, and The Aria, an impressive new-build mansion in Hadley Wood, Amara Property is set to release two new developments in the coming months.

Situated in private enclave of Hendon, North London, is a collection of three ultra-exclusive homes, set to be released in Spring 2023, as well as a boutique development of four substantial semi-detached houses on Hampermill Lane, Watford, that will set a new standard of living in the area.
