Just in time for summer, A-list actress Drew Barrymore has placed her utterly charming Hamptons Estate on the market for $8.45 million. Nestled on 1.7 acres in the village of Sagaponack, the seven-bedroom compound is located less than a mile from the Town Line Beach and comes equipped with its own pool and outdoor entertaining areas.

The eponymous Drew Barrymore Show host acquired the rustic-chic property five years ago and spearheaded a renovation of the converted barn residence, which features exposed wooden beams, terra-cotta tiles, and butcher-block countertops. Dating back to 1920, the shingle-clad dwelling encompasses some 6,900 square feet and allows for generous amounts of sunlight inside thanks to numerous glass doors that open to the surrounding patios. Upstairs, a spacious roof deck leads to a separate one-bedroom “cottage” with its own bath.

Additional amenities include a bocce court, pool house, numerous wood-burning fireplaces, and specimen trees planted throughout the grounds. The next owner is bound to have a summer filled with soirées. Drew Barrymore has listed her Hamptons vacation home for $8.45 million. Located in Sagaponack on 1.7 acres, the seven-bedroom, 1920's-era home with 6,850 square feet was originally a barn that was converted into a luxury home. Drew bought the home in 2019 for $5.5 million.
