Colorado’s rugged landscape makes it a locale ripe for adventure. The state’s bustling capital city of Denver however, means that even the most intrepid explorers can get back to civilization every once in a while, and Country Club Towers II & III make the perfect base camp. By Tania Jacobs
Country Club Towers II & III doesn’t just provide a stylish apartment community, but a vibrant lifestyle and a resort-style club where members never have to leave to enjoy the best of Denver.
The luxury apartment sector is reaching new heights in the city’s desirable and historic Washington Park neighbourhood, and the Towers offer a premium standard in turn-key living with 360-degree views, superior finishes and distinctive design.
Luxury makes itself known from the start – beautiful bronze horses flank the entrance and glass double doors that lead into the mountain resort-style lobby where guests are greeted by the concierge team, 24 hours a day. While waiting for a tour or for a resident friend to come downstairs, an impressive collection of bespoke artwork makes even the lobby a fascinating and inspiring place to sit.
Works on display include a dramatic 12-foot tapestry woven from an original watercolour by local artist William Matthews, ‘Bronco’s Revenge’ and the ‘Pillars of Pisces’, by Chance Robinson - the eight-panel piece is meant to mirror the silhouette of the Towers.
Most of the common area amenity spaces in the residential development can be found on level 5, which connects the West and East Towers. The size is remarkable, at 28,000 square feet; the thought, design and use of space on the fifth floor is truly impressive. The Towers also boast a full-sized lap pool, heated year-round, with views of the mountains from the water.
Other amenities include the 5,000 square foot fitness centre which looks out from floor-to-ceiling windows over Denver Country Club. The Towers shuttle service has chauffeurs available to take residents within a three mile radius of the property. The Towers Tavern which offers a full bar, open daily, where residents can enjoy a glass of wine, watch the game, socialise with neighbours and catch some live music.
Residents can also venture into the tavern to sample the culinary delights of the Towers’ in-house chef, Tim Martin. Available for private events as well as community hosted activities too, Tim can normally be found making complimentary breakfasts, snacks and appetisers for the Towers’ residents.
