Julia Millen spoke to founder of LAMATISSE, Carla Matinez Serrano about how the global real estate company is making waves in the property market.

Prior to Munro’s intervention, the flat was a fragmented “maze” of small, dark rooms that obscured the building’s historic soul. Munro’s primary challenge was to honour the property’s Georgian proportions while adapting it for a contemporary lifestyle.

Created for elevated island living, the project reflects CCS’s ability to translate luxury across locations while respecting context, climate, and lifestyle. It represents the firm’s growing involvement in international residential design.
