Two years ago, Brooke Shields sold her longtime Los Angeles home to actor Sam Page, whose credits include Mad Men and about a dozen Hallmark TV movies, and his spouse Cassidy Boesch for $7.4 million.
Boesch’s parent’s co-own the property according to property records. Now, the OG supermodel and Golden Globe-nominated actress’s former home in Pacific Palisades has resurfaced, asking just shy of $8.7 million.
Located in the sought-after Riviera neighbourhood and originally built in 1982, the Pretty Baby star splashed out $3.3 million for the hillside pad back in 1997, when she was still married to professional tennis player Andre Agassi. For years before she sold it, New York City-based Shields had the chalet-style spread on and off the rental market several times and it allegedly served as a crash pad for Ben Affleck after he and his then-wife Jennifer Garner split up in 2016. At the time, Affleck and Garner still owned a sprawling estate a couple of doors down.
Nestled in the highly coveted upper Riviera neighborhood in Pacific Palisades, this three-story, chalet-style home is a rare gem in the LA market, offering canyon and mountain vistas.
Made up of five bedrooms and six bathrooms, the home comes furnished and gated, and is designed for both comfort and elegance — featuring rich Douglas fir hardwood floors and a gourmet kitchen fitted with Viking appliances and marble countertops. A standout feature is the primary suite on the top floor, where dual fireplaces add warmth to both the bedroom and an ensuite bathroom complete with a steam shower, a sauna and a standalone bathtub.
The primary bedroom features a balcony that overlooks the Getty Museum. The outdoor space elevates the property even further, offering a pool, a spa and a barbecue area ideal for hosting. Entertainment features include a wet bar, a game room and a media lounge.
