An architecture firm has set up a new venture, pitching it as “the UK’s first business coaching programme for designers”.
Liverpool-based studio Larsen Architecture wants to “empower architects and interior designers to build profitable, purpose-led practices,” via a programme of “strategic business coaching with psychological insight and psychometric tools to help designers build high-value, purpose-led practices.”
The firm’s new Designer Business Programme is being run by Larsen founder Ryan Wenham and organisational psychologist Marc Prats.
Topics covered in the six-month course include:
- Client clarity: Learning how to identify and attract ideal clients with messaging that converts.
- High-value offers: Crafting services that are clear, confidently priced, and positioned for impact.
- Lifestyle-driven strategy: Building a business that supports your creative energy, time, and wellbeing.
Ryan Wenham commented: “Designers are trained to create beautiful spaces, but rarely taught how to build sustainable businesses. We created this programme to bridge that gap, to help creatives attract aligned clients, set strong boundaries, and scale their income without burnout."
