1508 UK Design Studio Heads Up Latest Dubai Branded Residences

Promising a unique fusion of Cipriani heritage and Dubai’s vibrant lifestyle, UK-based design studio 1508 London has been appointed on a high-profile new branded residences project in Dubai.

The firm will be creating the interiors for Mr. C Residences Downtown, the latest offering from brothers Ignazio and Maggio, fourth-generation members of the Cipriani family.

The hospitality & branded residences firm made its debut in 2011, opening Mr. C Hotel in Beverly Hills; the resi portfolio now includes properties in Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida, West Palm Beach, Florida, and two in Dubai (Jumeirah and Downtown).

Sprawling across three levels, the facilities available to residents will include a private cinema, golf simulator room, children’s playroom, fitness centre, indoor spaces for yoga, Pilates and Peloton workouts, a spa with sauna, steam and oxygen rooms, a library and an event lounge.

The building will also be laying on a dedicated concierge, butler service, 24-hour valet and security team and a custom app.

Savills Middle East is handling sales as master agent. According to the firm’s latest report on the sector, the Middle East accounts for 12% of branded residences supply globally, and is projected to see growth of 120% between now and 2030 (the strongest for any world region).
