Since forming Acorn Property Group 25 years ago we have firmly cemented our position as one of the country’s leading bespoke residential-led developers.

With offices in London, Cornwall, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter, we specialise in medium-sized bespoke developments which meet the local community’s needs. We have successfully created a wide range of award winning new build schemes and conversions in coastal, rural and urban areas.

In the last two to three years, we have significantly expanded our activities across the South West of England and South Wales where we have identified a considerable shortage and demand for high quality, bespoke and well-considered housing.

Our regional teams have purchased land and obtained planning permissions which will provide over 2,100 homes with a total value in excess of £1.1bn. These sites will be delivered over the next three to four years and will provide homes in Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, the Vale of Glamorgan and The Cotswolds.

A large part of our business is made up of strong and mutually beneficial partnerships and our regional expertise has proved a key part of our company’s growth. As regional experts with a proven track record, we are the joint venture partner of choice and we have an increasing number of joint ventures with landowners, public bodies, charities, banks and architects.

To assist us with the expansion of our regional business and deliver even more new homes, we have launched a range of Fixed Income Bonds and Preference Shares. These offer qualified investors an alternative way to invest into the UK’s vibrant property market. We have designed a range of investment products offering different returns over different periods which we hope will meet the needs of investors.
