Pop star Gwen Stefani has slashed the price of her multi-house megamansion again, this time by $4 million, for a total of $10 million less than its original listing price in 2017. Now, she is asking $24.99 million for her quirky home in Beverly Hills, California.
Re-listed on Monday, the property also has new representation with Craig Knizek of The Agency.
Ms. Stefani, 49, bought the 15,018-square-foot property in 2006 with ex-husband, rocker Gavin Rossdale, for $13.25 million. Dubbed “The Summit,” the two-house property was completed in 1998 and sits on two acres of land.
The previous price cut was for $6 million in April 2018.
A 250-foot gated driveway leads to the main structure, which features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and huge living spaces and closets clad in eccentric patterns of stone and/or marble by designer Kelly Wearstler.
The second building comprises a 1,500-square-foot gym, equipped with a massage area and sauna. Outside, there is a pool, a tennis court and a bar.
Interestingly, actress and fellow pop superstar, Jennifer Lopez, also lived in the home from 2000 to 2004.
