Actress and model, Katie Holmes has listed her six bedroom Calabasas home for $4.625 million. The actress, most famous for her role in Dawson’s Creek, bought the property five years ago, in 2014 for $3.795 million, so she’s set to make a tidy profit.

The residence is situated in the guard-gated Oaks community and the half-acre estate borders undeveloped land and boasts a swimming pool, a sunken fire pit and a basketball half-court.

The two-story house, designed in a faux Tudor style, contains more than 6,000 square feet of interior space and has been extensively customised with dark wood floors, sparkling chandeliers and a vaulted entry that has an open library loft above. Bordered on three sides by picture windows, is the living room, which is anchored by a centrepiece fireplace. There is also a formal dining room.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, white countertops and a centre island with two separate bar seating areas and a breakfast nook.

Upstairs, the master suite expands to include a sitting room and a sun deck. The master suite has a separate windowed sitting area and access to an outdoor sun deck, plus a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a built-in tub. There are six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in all.

Outside, there’s a pool and spa, various lounging areas and seating spots, a sports court and a kitchenette. There’s also a fire pit and a covered loggia for al fresco dining.
