Seltenheim Castle - the name means "House of Happiness" - sits enthroned on a large ice age boulder in the middle of the romantic Carinthian mountains not far from Lake Wörthersee and therefore offers a wonderfully unobstructed view of the splendid landscape. Mentioned for the first time in 1193, the castle has been transformed into a special place of longing in recent years with great attention to detail for the historical building fabric and great financial expenditure.

The approx. 46,244 m² large castle area includes, in addition to the representative residential castle with library and in-house chapel, an extensive park including swimming pond with bath house, a tennis court, a helicopter landing pad and an administration / staff house with 4 residential units.
