Northacre, the ultra-prime property developer with over 30 years of creating exceptional living experiences, has undertaken its first foray into new build on the site of the former Metropolitan Police Headquarters with the development of The Broadway. Prices available from £1.7M to POA.

Together with architects Squire and Partners, Northacre studied the beautifully configured designs of 1920’s jewellery, and its contemporary interpretations, as a creative direction for the development, and found great inspiration in the Art Deco features of the neighbouring Grade I listed property 55 Broadway, once London’s tallest building when it was built in 1929. The shapes and structures often found in luxury fashion boutiques form the concept for The Broadway’s interiors, which have been carefully considered to take advantage of the dramatic quality of light created by the unique exterior and provides a real sense of space alongside an elegant colour palette and contrasting textual effects.
