The director of ‘A Star is Born’ has scooped up a luxury Greenwich Village property, which boasts a 1,000-bottle wine cellar and spans five floors.
Movie star Bradley Cooper, who stars in the film with Lady Gaga, quietly bought the six-bedroom home - complete with 1,100 square feet of outdoor space - for $13.5 million. He registered the property under "The Cool Trust," which kept the May purchase under wraps.
Standing at approximately 4,000 square feet, the charming home features reclaimed barn wood floors, french doors opening to a balcony overlooking the garden, a remote-controlled fireplace, a hidden wet bar and a large home office
There is also a cellar-level entertainment area with built-in surround sound, as well as a temperature-controlled wine cellar outfitted for 1,000 bottles.
The townhouse wasn’t formally on the market, but was shopped around off-market.
