Maroon 5 front man and coach on NBC’s The Voice, Adam Levine, is quite the property mogul, having bought a sold a select portfolio in his home town, LA and New York. His most recent property purchase, along with wife, Behati Prinsloo, is a period Montecito 1920’s villa-style home named the El Miraval Estate, which was designed by famed architect George Washington Smith. The couple paid a cool $22.7 million for the Californian property, which includes five-bedrooms, a two-bedroom guest house, a one-bedroom cottage, and a detached five-car garage with its own bedroom, a home theatre and a wine cellar. The interior of the main house features grand rooms with high ceilings, exposed beams and arched windows, with doors from many of the rooms leading to the gardens. Outside, there’s a large swimming pool, a putting green, a tennis court, and a range of patios and space for alfresco dining, set within extensive gardens designed by Lockwood de Forest. The property is set in almost 5.2 acres of prime California real estate. Over the years, Levine and his wife have bought and sold and many stylish abodes from and to A list celebrities including Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, including a beautiful home in Pacific Palisades he bought from Garner and Affleck in 2019 for $32 million.
