Preferred hangout close to home? 

As a family, we love going to Milk in Balham. It’s the perfect spot for a casual outing, with a cosy and welcoming vibe. It’s one of those places where we feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and full of character, making it the ideal spot for a casual outing.  

Best global getaway for design inspiration?

Tuscany is my ultimate design inspiration destination. The region is rich with history, and its simple yet timeless style has a certain elegance that resonates with me. The landscapes, architecture, and art all blend seamlessly to create an atmosphere of understated beauty that I draw inspiration from. 

When I travel, I’m never without…?

A picture of my family. It’s something I keep close to my heart, and it always reminds me of the love and support I have no matter where I am in the world. 

City pad or country pile?

City pad, hands down. I thrive in the energy and vibrancy of city life. The convenience, diversity, and constant movement are what I love most about living in a city. 

Favourite season?

Spring is by far my favourite season. There’s something special about the fresh air, vibrant colours, and the renewal that comes with it. The seasonal produce during this time is bursting with flavour, which makes cooking even more exciting and enjoyable. 

Latest/favourite culinary collaboration?

Bjorn at Pollen Street Social stands out for me, as well as Orfali and Gregrieo from Ossiano in Dubai. Both collaborations have been an incredible opportunity to explore different flavours, techniques, and concepts, all while learning from such talented chefs.
