The real estate program of the Golf Resort La Gruyère promises sumptuous primary, secondary and hotel residences. The project will start with the construction of Les Belles Rives Residences (22 apartments) and the Castelrives Residence (29 apartments).

Real Estate Program

The first stage of the real estate program will focus on the three buildings of Les belles rives residences.

Building A consists of eleven 2 to 4-bedroom apartments, building B consists of seven 2 to 3-bedroom apartments and building C consists of four 3-bedroom ground floor apartments. This luxury accommodation is defined by generous space – ranging from 187 to 363 sqm – and a 50 to 216 sqm terrace featuring panoramic views. Thanks to their layout, these 22 south-facing apartments offer impressive views over Gruyère Lake and the Prealps. Planning permission for Les Belles Rives apartments was granted in 2016. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2019 and be completed by summer 2021.

The Castelrives Residence Will Comprise 29 One To Four-bedroom Apartments Spread Over Four Floors.

These spacious apartments will range from 75 to 221 sqm each. Large bay windows open on to a terrace of 45 to 167 sqm. Like Les Belles Rives Residences, Castelrives apartments are : southfacing, offering boundless views over the golf course, lake and mountains. The public enquiry into Castelrives has ended without any opposition and the final building permit will be delivered this summer. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2020 and be completed by 2022.

Sales To Foreign Nationals Authorized As Secondary Residence. The Castelrives Residence is currently available for sale and reservations are possible. Notarial deeds can be signed from spring 2020.

A gatehouse, situated at the entrance of the resort, will be open round the clock 7 days a week and accessible to all residents. State-of-the-art technology will be installed in the apartments, offering residents a range of applications to meet their comfort and security needs.
