KIRSTEN DUNST FINDS A BUYER FOR HER SWANKY SOHO PENTHOUSE

Actress and new mum Kirsten Dunst has sold her swanky penthouse in SoHo for a cool £3.3 million.

With a super-cool loft look, the New York property has exposed brick walls, 11 foot high ceilings and arched windows with East River views. The top-floor unit also features marble countertops and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances in the kitchen and a vintage claw foot soaking tub.

Dunst had owned the two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom home for over a decade, but it’s possible that she hadn’t been living there for a while seeing as the pad was offered up as a $12,500 per month rental in September 2014.

Dunst purchased the apartment in 2007 for $3 million, and originally listed it on the market for $5 million, before bringing the asking price down to $4.5 million in March last year.

The price cut seemed to have done the trick, as it was scooped up this month, according to buying agent Laura Weinkam from Corcoran.

The movie star, who gave boy to a baby boy this month, now resides in Santa Monica with her American actor-comedian fiancé, Jesse Plemons.
