Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them, actor, Colin Farrell has listed his home in the Hollywood Hills, for $1.49 million, listing records show.
The cottage style, three story house was built in the 1920s and includes four-bedrooms.
Farrell bought the home, with his then-girlfriend, actress Alicja Bachleda-Curuś through a trust - in which his mother, Rita, and his business manager are listed as trustees. The actor paid $1.18 million for the property in 2010, records show.
The house boasts a wealth of original features, such as leaded glass windows, coved ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces and canyon views. The living room expands to a study nook, while the dining room and master bathroom open to balconies overlooking the lush green landscaped grounds. The floors and counters in the galley-style kitchen are tiled in traditional ceramic tiles, and enjoys canyon views through rows of windows.
The master suite, is decorated in neutral tones and features a white, painted brick fireplace that anchors the room. It’s one of four bedrooms and three bathrooms in about 2,700 square feet.
The Outside space comprises terraced patios for entertaining and rambling garden pathways, set within the hillside.
