A vision for The Royal Docks
Identified as the capital’s next business district, the historic Royal Docks area in Newham, East London is home to the largest enclosed dock in the world. The whole area is set to gain over 9,000 new homes by 2027.
Marketed as Royal Albert Wharf we worked on planning CGIs for the second phase of the project. When complete the regeneration will deliver 1,558 homes. 928 private sale, 300 Shared Ownership, 257 affordable rent and 73 market rent.
Nine Elms Square
Communicating a vision for Nine Elms
Collaborating with acclaimed architecture practice Skidmore Owings & Merrill, we prepared CGIs and a promo film to market a prime 10 acre site in Central London.
The residential led mixed-use scheme comprises a total of 12 buildings and 1,800 apartments including a trio of slender towers, rising to 54 storeys. With part outline & part detailed consent we had to work closely with SOM to present the architectural language for the outline buildings. The range of CGIs also needed to convey the Vauxhall, Nine Elms & Battersea (VNEB) regeneration area which involved modelling in detail the key projects in the area such as Battersea Power Station and the US Embassy. The creative tasks also included briefing aerial photographer Jason Hawkes who shot two of the aerial requirements. Further aerial photography and aerial filming were co-ordinated and shot by Glass Canvas.
