The four-bedroom show home, Edmonds Lodge carefully crafted by renowned interior designers, LSL Home Staging displays the elegance and meticulous design which can be expected from every Rosechurch Homes design. We wanted to ensure the show home evoked a luxurious feel to complement the aspirational luxe achieved by Rosechurch Homes and create a space where potential buyers could envisage themselves living. We incorporated attractive greenery to create a welcoming but opulent elegance from the moment visitors walk through the front door. Prospective buyers are then greeted with a serene environment, characterised by a mix of soft greys and neutrals with a dark blue accent and brassy metallics for a real touch of extravagance. We put careful thought into creating a fresh, calm but homely vibe, whilst keeping the entire look elegant and sophisticated. The ground floor features an expansive study, spacious kitchen/family/dining room, large utility room and separate lounge.

On the first floor, the primary bedroom showcases the true extravagance of the home with an ensuite, featuring a smart digital shower and white sanitary ware, and a magnificent dressing area complete with two bespoke fitted wardrobes. The principal bedroom is dressed for a couple, creating an indulgent space to escape a hectic life after a long day. Bedroom two is dressed as a calm, serene guest room with a statement sage green feature wall, whilst the remaining bedrooms are suited to a teenager and young child. One of our favourite rooms is inspired by my son’s love of animals, dragons and dinosaurs and is a fun and playful space, filled with dragon themes to enjoy.

Burham is a community-driven, quintessential English village with local country pubs such as The Butcher’s Block, outstanding education facilities and a wide choice of leisurely activities. Less than 10 minutes away is Aylesford, a larger village situated on the glistening River Medway and accessed via a medieval five-arched bridge.
