Virtual Tours Europe was born from the collective talent of Italian photographer, Daniele Marzeddu, and multimedia technician, Antonio Meloni. Daniele opens the shutter on how the creative duo work worldwide supplying photography, video, virtual tours and art direction services
A graduate of Art and Heritage from the University of Venice, Daniele Marzeddu is as passionate today about the creative world of photography and art direction as he was starting out back in 2005. Providing services for European companies as a photographer of architecture, still-life and lifestyle, as well as applying his 3D photography skills in the United Kingdom, his ‘behind the lens’ expertise has encompassed a broad-based and varied client brief; scanning holiday homes, yachts, boats, bars, restaurants, retail outlets, hotels and more.
Partner Antonio Meloni is a multimedia technician. A graduate from the University of Bologna, his formative years were spent working as a television technician for numerous companies across Europe. Today, he area of expertise lies mainly in directing shoots and in post-production, with a particular focus on 3D modelling and CGI animations.
Bespoke Virtual Tours
Explains Daniele: “We create virtual 3D tours tailored to each type of space and property. Virtual tours are the perfect tool to allow you to increase the display of your exhibition spaces, captivating virtual customers and converting them into real customers.
“Our 360 virtual tours are a very sophisticated marketing method. Internet users can walk virtually within the spaces that are being promoted.
They’re also a novel alternative to viewing locations in person, and can be viewed on both PCs and laptops, as well as mobile devices thanks to the use of new technology that opens pop-up windows with interactive information points, navigation options, tailored design and high-definition photo editing.”
He adds: “Our equipment is the best and most accurate for real estate sales and promotional services. In fact, our machines draw 3D floor plans, virtual models and building plans represented by a bird's eye view – and these are used throughout the construction industry to best represent architectural plans.”
Built to scale, a 3D plan includes walls and floors and can also include external windows and doors. Other parts of the house can be added such as wardrobes, floors, sanitary ware and much more depending on the needs of the clients.
3D Events
Virtual Tours Europe can also apply its 3D photography model for events to give a three-dimensional representation of the event location and deliver digital files in 4K and related prints.
