From Victorian treasures to mid-century design classics, a remarkable collection from Karen Harvey MBE is heading to auction at Cheffins on 9 July, with every sale supporting the incredible work of Toiletries Amnesty.
A former antiques and vintage dealer, writer, photographer and founder of award-winning NGO Toiletries Amnesty, Karen has spent years curating beautiful pieces and championing creativity. Now, a carefully selected collection of furniture, art, ceramics and jewellery from her own home will go under the hammer, giving buyers the chance to own something special while supporting a vital cause.
Highlights include a Johan Bertil Haggstrom sofa and chairs, Constance Spry Fulham Pottery vase, vintage French wine racks, Castelli Plia chairs and a Frederic Leighton print, alongside jewellery spanning Victorian, mid-century and contemporary design.
Founded by Karen in 2014, Toiletries Amnesty works to tackle hygiene poverty and beauty industry waste, providing toiletries and hygiene products to more than nine million people annually through a network of over 1,500 organisations worldwide.
Every sale will support a really important cause, so take a look, and place a bid!
