The wheels are turning on Aston Martin’s debut property venture – with a 66-story luxury condominium in Miami now under construction.
The exclusive project, which is slated for completion in 2021, is the British luxury sports car company’s first venture into the property line in collaboration with G and G Business Developments. This iconic real estate development is another extension to the marque’s portfolio inclusive of cars, luxury yachts and a submarine.
The apartment complex, which broke ground this month, will feature 391 properties, including seven penthouses and one duplex penthouse each with private pool, with prices ranging from $600,000 to $50m.
The future residence tower will sit on 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger. The building of curvilinear glass and steel is set to rise on one of the last parcels of developable land on the Downtown Miami waterfront.

The design team at Aston Martin will oversee the entire design process. Key design elements, such as the signature carbon fibre reception desks, will adorn each of the tower’s two private lobbies.
Highlight features will include doors with bespoke artisan Aston Martin handles, number plinths and kestrel tan leather door tabs. Residents will also be able to relax and unwind just steps from their front doors, with 42,275 square feet of outstanding ‘Sky Amenities’ spanning four full levels between the building’s 52nd and 55th floors.
These will include a double-level fitness centre overlooking the ocean, spinning studio, boxing gym, virtual golf room, art gallery, two cinemas, as well as a full-service spa, beauty salon and barber shop.
